Loon conviction, a minimum fine of One Hundred Dollars (5100.001 shall be imposed for each violation of this subsection. For any second or subbseauent violation the same person within a six-month Period, a mrinimums fine of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.001 shall be imposed. (2) THAT Chapter III, Article 6, Section 7, Subsection 7.4 of the Ordinances be amended as follows, 7.4 The waiver fee for any person accused of a violation relating to handicapped parking shall be Fifty One Hundred Dollars f$50,0" !$100.00) if paid within thirty(30) days of the alleged offense, and Bee Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) thereafter. It was not ready in time for placement on the regular agenda. If the Council feels it i sufficiently urgent, you may wish to suspend the rules to permit first reading at tonight's meeting. E_S.
