The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order and Deed by virtue
of an undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds for the year 1990. Recently, real estate taxes
assessed against this property for the tax year 1990, together with
aPartial payment on the 1991 taxes, were paid in full. The
Payment made was approximately $1,700.

TEAT Sohn Quartararo, Finance Director, Is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Qultclaitn Deed, a copy of said Deed an £Ile
in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City
may have to real estate located at 306 Essex Street in said
Bangor by virtue of an undiscbarged tax lien recorded against
said property in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds for the tax
year 1990. Said Deed shall be directed to Richard G. and
Robin C. Carey.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County
of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to
RICHARD G. & ROBIN C. COREY, both of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State
of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property
located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 306 Essex Street in said
Bangor, and further described in a deed recorded in
volume 3772, Page 173, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the year 1390 by virtue of an
undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in volume 4647, Page 336.
The purpose of this deed is to release to said Richard G. &
Robin C. Corey any interest the City may have in the above-described
property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year. 1990.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed
with its corporate seal, and signed i its corporate name by JOHN
QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this day
of August, 1992.
