The requested zone change is from the Urban Service District to the Urban Residence One District. The a n question v acquired by the City of Bangor as part of the "Gas Works area By City Council Action of August 26. 1991 (C.D. R 91-225) the City Council authorized the transfer of this parcel to Habitat for Humanity. The City is requesting thiszone change in order Wincrease the lot size to be transferred at 5 Parker Street by 3,500 sq. ft.in order to make this lot a conforming lot in the URD-1 District.
