report, Consent Agreement and
Order, and Approval of Appropriate Municipal Officials form for your signature.
Essentially, the forfeiture action
rned money seized as Ault of a
search conducted in Bangor Pertaining to marijuana trafficking case. If you
could be so kind as to present this matter to the City Council so they may vote
to transfer title to the funds, the State and the City Police Department would
be grateful. Upon transfer of title, $1657.50 Will become the property of the
City Police Department.
