Dear Mn Perry:
As a result of our conversations and meeting on June
15, 1992, we are agreeable to swapping our parcel of Land,
located on Stillwater Av., Bangor for a parcel of pity of
Bangor owned land in Winterport. Me.
The land in Winterport is as you have shown me on the
Twining Road. The lot hire is 200 by 939 feet,
approximately.
The lot is bordered by the State of Maine in the r
a snowmobile trail abutting land owned by a Rancourt family
n the West, the Twining Road on the South, and the City of
Bangor on the Bast.
I have contacted the Damara family, and they are also
agreeable.
I would appreciate you initiating the necessary steps
to complete this agreement.
