ORDERED, THAT NHER8A3, the Bangor City Council, in its capacity as the Municipal Officers of the City of Bangor, held a public hearing pursuant to ll M.R.S.A. 42851 - 2859 to determine whether or not the mobilehome or structure located at 24 Carroll. Street, Bangor, Maine, on a lot described in a deed recorded in Volume 3958, page 1,. Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, owned by Gerald and Anita Talbot of Portland, Maine, constitutes a dangerous building within the messing of said statute; and NHERERS, based upon the evidence presented at said public hearing, the Bangor city Council finds that the building or structure in question is structurally unsafe; unstable; a fire hazard; unsuitable or improper for the use r the occupancy as a residence; a hazard to health or safety because of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence or abandonment, and dangerous to the life and property of the inhabitants of the city of Bangor; and NREREAS, the Bangor City Council hereby adjudges said building a structure to be a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title 19, M.R.S.A. 52851-2859, NON THEREFORE, By the City Council of the City of Banger: ORDERED, THAT said building or structure shall be disposed of as follows: (1) Said building or structure shall be demolished by the owners, within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this Order, said demolition or resurval be performed in conformity with the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor; and In City Connell April 13,1992 let reading IN CITY COUNCIL Sane 8, 1992 LaynTable CIT EHR In City Comoil June a, 1992 Pas@ed ill if isy Clai�t 92-202 C R OER Title, Relative to condemnation of a sirncinre mcataa ae zc cerroll streat. Mr. Talbot acknowledged that he had received the notice of the public hearing on June 8, 1992 and agreed to return the acknowledgment of receipt to this office.
