Coweilmen SECOND MENT TO INDENTURE OF LMSR THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO INDENTURE OF LEASE, executed, this _th day of, August, 1991 by and between: CITY OF BANGOR, a body politic and corporate duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Maine, and having its principal offices at 73 Harlow Street, Bangor, Maine (hereinafter sometLses referred to as "Lessor) f Maine Laminates, Inc., , a body corporate, duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Maine, and having a place of business at 233 Odlin Rd. in the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine (hereinafter sometimes referred to as -Lessee") W I T N E S S E T Hf WHEREAS, the City of Bangor is the owner of an airport commonly known as "Bangor International Airport-, formerly ]mown as Bow Air Force Base, and located in the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "Airport-); and WHEREAS, by Indenture to lease, dated July 1, 19830 the parties agreed to the lease by the Lessor of Building T-134 at 233 Odlin Rd. and land adjacent thereto; and WHEREAS, by amendment to that Indenture to lease, dated June 21, 1908, the parties agreed to permit Lessee to have five (5) one year renewal options; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto wish to amend said Indenture to Lease; NOW, THEREFORE, the parties do mutually agree that the Indenture to Lease dated July 11 1983 and amended June 21, 1988 be further amended as follows (1) That Article II be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following; ARTICLE II (A) TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the demised premises unto the Lessee for a period commencing August 1, 1991 and ending August 33, 1991. (B) Lessee shall have the right to continue in possession and to renew this lease on a month-to-month basis commencing September 1, 1991 without prior notice to the Lessor, upon payment in advance on the first day of each and every month of the monthly rent due as provided in Article III hereof. Lessee's right to renew shall continue through and including July 30, 1993. (C) This lease can be terminated by either party by providing thirty (30) days notice. (D) This lease shall terminate and Lessee shall surrender possession of the premises to the Lessor on August 1, 1993. (2) THAT except for the foregoing, said Indenture of Lease, , dated July 1, 19830 between the City of Bangor and Maine Laminates, Inc., will remain in full force and effect in all other respects between the undersigned.
