Item/Subject: Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed
-- Real Estate Located at 173 Court Street
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
This Order would authorize the City Finance Director to quitclaim
the City's interest in property at 173 Court Street, arising by
virtue of unpaid real estate taxes for tax year 1990. The taxes
concerned ware paid prior to the maturity date of the City's tax
Lien and a discharge was issued. That discharge, however,
contained an incorrect reference to the tax lien concerned. The
lien has since matured without being discharged. This Order would
remedy the City's error, -
