The taxes concerned ware paid prior to the maturity date of the City's tax Lien and a discharge was issued. That discharge, however, contained an incorrect reference to the tax lien concerned. O&DF&FDe THAT John Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have to real estate located at 173 Court Street in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Reglstry of Deeds in Volume 4648, Page 371. Coun 92-104 MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to RONALD B. SNOW, of Bangor, Penobscot County, State of Mine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 173 Court Street in said Bangor, and further described in a deed recorded in volume 4252, Page 45, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1990 by virtue of a undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4648, Page 371. no purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1990. Said tax lien having been previously discharged by instrument recorded in volume 4944, Page 66, Penobscot Registry of Deeds, which instrument recited an incorrect reference to the said lien.' The said CITY OF BANGOR hascaused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this day of February, 1992.
