In order to accommodate this request we believe that one side of Second Street should be posted 2 hour perking. This would eliminate the ODD ANO EVEN parking infraction on this section of Earned Street, Dog, ewlk,d Manager's Comments:T,,,,:1QLgivyupyrtA_{9vo'uym MWe 0 or - 1,., sAe.Pm4. It seems the Present proposal of limited time parking on the north side of Second street between Union and Cedar brings with it a change in the odd -even winter rules since the proposal by default would allow parking on the other side of the street both in summer and winter. I am opposed to this Proposal. It again says to Property owners that the YWCA is to be given further easements at the expense of taxpayers. As you know the Y is not taxed on its real estate. Both sides of the street should haveone-hour parking in thes mm and in she winter the odd -even rule should apply withlimited one-hour parking. At the corners of Union and Cedar as they join Second there should be no parking signs placed to give traffic a clearer view. Make arrangements with the Y for its patrons to use the downtown parking garage The walk would give them the warm up they need for their excercise. Thank you,M cc. city Manager 35 econd Streat n 92-95 PETITION We the undersigned wners and r sidents of property on Second Street between Union and Cedar Streets, strongly oppose parking on Poch sides of this narrow street unless traffic is one way to improve safety and alleviate turning and congestion. 1A i _ Uzi QCFV1 gf( u✓ 'u,laP-- it d.d 0, e 3';z (aP sf Aefc 94 Li 3a a„j 92-95 We the undersigned owners and residents of property on Second Street between (inion and Cedar Streets, strongly oppose parking on both sides of this narrow street unless traffic is one way to improve. safety and alleviate turning and congestion. ,V° R trN t6 i i U ll 12r 39, ; n,J 12, Sscn9 Sf.
