Be u ordaine by W City Council of Ctty WBe ..ae@Bowe: THAT the provisions of Chapter II, Article 14 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor is hereby amended as follows, (1) THAT Chapter II, Article 14, Section 7 is amended to read as follows, Sec. 7 Tempering with Alarm System. No person shall tamper with the City's fire alarm, police signal, tapper circuits or any part of the fire alarm system. NO person except the Fire Chief and his assistants, the City Electrician and his assistants shall have a release key to the Ciy fire alarm boxes. No person, without per- mission of the owner thereof, shall tamper with any private - e alarm, alarm box or other private fir protection apparatus to include e tin ulshera sprinkler systems or similar devices. (2) THAT Chapter II, Article 14, Section 10 is amended to read as follows: Sec. 30 Fire Alarms. If any person shall wilfully o maliciously give or cause to be given a false alarm of fire by ringing an alarm bell or by pulling in an alarm at any box of the City's fire alarm system, or at any private alarm sem. or shall wilfully or maliciously break, destroy or tamper with in any way the apparatus com- prising m-prising the Cites fire alarm system, he shall be punished by a fine of not lase than €14ty-de}}ars -me-than o e hundred dollars, ex -by #imprae est-#anEge-eeasty-ja}}_€er-a-per}ee-set kVrkearae}Ag_e#, and shal-Brimburse-€lee-sad incurred by t and shall reimburse all costs incurred by the City i rreplacing to such false alarm or in rer replacing such sha City apparatus All rate from omoand costa shall be heemad to be a fee and additional to the Prescribed in this Article. (3) THAT Chapter II, Article 4, Section 11 is amended to read as follows: Sec. 11 Pew. Whoever violates the provisions of the preceding sections for which punishment is. not provided for shall be punished by a fine not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.
