Commentary:
This Council Order completes the process of laying out and
establishing Fox Hallow and Trillium Trail as public ways. SASd
streets are located in the Hillbrook Subdivision located on Rater
Essex. Street.
This Order is recommended for reasons.

ORDERED.
TMT the attached report of the City Engineer describing the laying
out of Fox Hollow, extending easterly from Essex Street to Trillium Trail,
and Trillium Trail extending northeasterly from Fox Hollow to a cul-de-sac,
be and hereby is accepted; and be it further
ORDERED, THAT said streets be established as public ways, to be named
and known as Fox Hollow and Trillium Trail. respectively; and be it further
ORDERED, THAT said streets be added to the Official City Map.

FOX HOLLOW
Beginning at an iron rod on the easterly right-of-way line of
Essex Street at the northwest corner of lands of Millbrook Homeowners
Association, said point also being North 13° 43' 25' East a distance
of thirty-five and six one hundredths (35.06) feet from the northwesterly
corner of lendsr formerly owned by Price, as described i a Deed
recorded in the Penn
obscot Registry of Deeds in Vol. 2910. Page 50;
thence South 82° 18' 14" East along said northerly line of said Nillbraok
Nomes Association a distan of three hundred sixty-four and twenty-
six o one (364.26) feet
to a paint, being the point of curvature

Beginning at the northerly terminus of Fox Hollow as heretobefore
described, at the intersection of the corner of Lot No. 11, said point
being at the southerly terminus of the easterly right-of-way line of
Trillion Trail; thence North 07. 30' 12" West along the easterly right-
of-way line of Trillium Trail for a distance of three hundred fifty-
eight and twelve one hundredths (358.12) feet to a point, being the
point of curvature of acurve to

Meaning and intending to describe a 60 -foot wide right-of-way
extending in a northeasterly direction from Fox Hollow to a 100 -foot
diameter cul-de-sac.
The above described right -o£ -ways are more fully shown on a Plan
prepared by Plisga b Day. Land Surveyors, entitled "Final Plan of Billbrook
Development" dated March 29, 1989, revised June 6, 1989 and August 16,
1989, and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Map Pile D-303-89.
The bearings for the above-described right-of-ways are based upon
the Observed Magnetic Maclaine of 1988, and are a portion of the $are
premises described in the Deed of William P. and Mary M. Jinks to
Millbrook Partners. dated December 15, 1988, and recorded 1n the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Volume 4364, Page 225; reference is Also made to
the Boundary Line Agreement recorded in said Registry of Deeds in Volume
4425, Page 373.

No person or persona appeared at the time and place set for
the meeting; however, in a previous c sation with Dr. Frederick
A. Oldenburg. Jr.. a General Partner of Millbrook Partners, it was
agreed that all work on the construction of said roads had been satis-
factorily completed with the exception of the lowering of the top of
an electrical manhole in the northerly shoulder of Fox Hollow. Dr.
Oldenburg has indicated that steps are underway is lower the top of
the manhole.
Since the above described right-of-ways are part of the approved
Final Subdivision Plan of the Millbrook Development, and have been
ardingly -recommended by the Planning Board to be added to the
Official City Map. 1t is recommended that said right-of-ways be accepted
as public ways, to be nameand know, as Pax Hollow and Trillium Trail.
