ORDERED,
THAT John Quartararo, -Finance Director, as hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City
may have to real estate located at 133 Union Street in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deede in Volume 4648, Page 12. Said
Dead shall be directed to Marcele M. Grant, successor in title
to Economic Growth Group.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County
of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration. paid, releases to
MARCBLE M. GRANT, successor in title to Economic Growth Group, of
Hackensack, New Jersey, all its right, title and interest in and to
certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly described
as follows:
Real estate located at 133 Union Street (land) in
said Bangor, and further described in a deed recorded
n Volume 4116, Pages 58-61, Penobscot Registry Of
Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the year 1990 by virtue of s undis-
charged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of -
Deeds in volume 4648, Page 12.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City
may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes
assessed for. the tax year 1990. _
The. said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed
with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by .JOHN
QUARTABANO, Finance Director, thereinto duly authorised this
day of January, 1992.
