City Cler P. .........`0..............: Councilmen } fk i -2- Appointment for Constables for 1992 (2) Asaonditlon of such appointment, each appointee and his employer shall enter into a written agreement providing for indemnification and saving the City, its inhabitants, officers and employees harmless from and against any and all liability whatsoever arising out of or as a consequence of the powers and authority herein granted. (3) The jurisdiction and the exercise of the powars and authorities granted herein shall be limited to the appointee's place ofemployment and any adjacent pedestrian or parking areas, and the service of process within the limits of the City of hanger. (6) All appointees shall participate in such training programs as may be established from time to time by the Chief of Police.
