Altbough constructed by the City, the a f formally s accepted a a public Sine this 280 footeportion of the sewer is able to serve the recently -approved Hogan Road Associates commercial subdivisionaswell a the EMTC campus acceptance s a publicsewer recommended. Me City's sewer maintenance division Inspected sewer and found the pipe in excellent condition, but the manholes needed repair. EST has since bad a contractor reconstruct the manholes to meet current City requirements. The portion to be accepted consists of an 8 inch diameter gravity sewer beginning at wet well manhole Station 0 + 00 and extending approximately 280 linear feet westerly from Eogdn Road, to include the manhole at Station 2 + 80, as shown on Plan No. 5-651 dated nay 12, 1966 on file in the City Engineer's office; and be it further ORDERED, THAT acceptance of said portion of the ENVTI sewer be conditioned upon conveyance of we to the City of Bangor to be approved by the City Engineer and theCity Solicitor.
