PBRC Charter Municipalities .//� From: Donald Meagher .YY'^� - Subject: Municipal Review Co�ittea- oard of Directors Voting- Ballot; otingBallot) Meeting Minutes please find enclosed a voting ballot soul description of the individuals that have been nominated to fill three open seats on the Board of Directors of the Municipal Review Committee (MRC). This body is responsible for the monitoring add oversight of FERC and disposal tipping fees. The purpose and responsibilities of the MRC are described in the First Amended and Restated Waste Disposal Agreement. Each Charter Municipality is allocated votes proportional to its guaranteed annual tonnage, one vote Per 100 tons of guaranteed waste, with one vote allocated to communities with less than 100 tons. Each municipality must cast all of their allocated votes for a single candidate. The three individuals that receive the most votes will be elected to the MRC Board for three yearterms. Also enclosed with this memo are the minutes of the September 29, 1992 meeting of the Municipal Review Committee Board of Directors.
