reflect the following changes:
Delete: Franklin Street from Chapter III, Article 6, Schedule III, Parking
Limited to One Hour.
Add: Franklin Street to Chapter III, Article 6, Schedule IV. Parking
Limited to Two Hours.

was ached that the parking spaces located in: this area could better
serve he public as two hour parking spaces opposed to one hour parking.
