The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order by virtue of an
undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds for the year 1991. Robert E. Talbot has been making
monthly payments on this real estate account since last fall.
Recently, final payment was received for the balance of the 1991
lien. Under a workout arrangement with the Finance Director,
monthly payments will continue to be made on the 1992 and 1993
assessments.

ORDERED.
THAT John Quartaram, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said deed being on
file with the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may
have in the real estate located at 12 North Street in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien assessed
against the above-described property for the tax year 1991.
Said deed shall be directed to Robert E. Talbot, Personal
Representative of the Estate of Lillian E. Patterson.

NDNICIPAL ODITCLAIN DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Hain, for consideration paid,
releases to ROBERT E. TALBOT, Personal Representative of the Estate
of Lillian e. Patterson, of Rochester, New Hampshire, all its
right, title and interest in and to certain property located in
said Bangor and more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 12 North Street (r/e i 50766)
in said Bangor, and further described in Volume 2169,
Page 875 and Volume 4372, Pages 279-284, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the year 1991 by virtue of an
undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in volume 4839, Page 33.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City
may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes
assessed for the tax year 1991.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorised,
this day of July, 1993.
