Regular payments have been received an this account since last [all, and final payment in the amount of $58+ was received earlier this month. The 1992 and 1993 tax assessments still remain outstanding. Qcartararoy Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said deed being on file with the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 64 Jefferson Street in said Bangor by virtue of,an undischarged municipal tax lien assessed against the above-described property for the tax year 1991. Said Deed shall be directed to Michael W. & Susan B. Gildart, successors in title to Raymond J. Councilman 93-333 The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to MICHAEL W. A SUSAN E. GILDART, successors in title to Raymond J. Lynch, Jr., both of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Mine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follow: Real estate located at 64 Jefferson Street (r/e #76118) in said Bangor, and further described in Volume 4458, Pages 36-38 and volume 5135, Page 351, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1991 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4839, Page 267. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1991. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOSE QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this _ day of June, 1993.
