The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order by virtue of a
undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds for the year 1991. Regular payments have been received on
this account since last Fall, and final payment in the amount of
$59+ was received in late May. On June 11th, final payment in the
amount of $736+ was received for the 1992 real estate tax lien.
The 1993 tax assessment still remains outstanding.

Authorising Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Dead

ORDERED,
THAT John Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said dead being on
file with the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may
have in the real estate located at 92 Fruit Street in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien assessed
against the above-described property for the tax year 1991.
Said Deed shall be directed to Beverly B. Gray.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid,
releases to BEVERLY B. GRAY, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State
of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain
property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as
follows4
Real estate located at 92 Fruit Street (r/e #03]99)
in said Bangor, and further described in volume 3394, _
Pages 142-146 and volume 4551, Page 106, Penobscot
Registry of Made.
Being. the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes
assessed for the year 1991 by virtue of an undischarged
tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds
in volume 4838, Page 121.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City
may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes
assessed for the tax year 1991.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized,
this _ day of June, 1993.
