The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order by virtue of a
undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds for the year 1991. Recently, payment in the amount of
approximately $3,100 was received as payment in full of the 1991,
1992 and 1993 real estate tax assessments. This account is now
current.

CITY OF BANGOR
Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed
-- Real Estate Located at 2086 Essex Street

ORDERED,
THAT John Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said deed being on
file with the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may
have in the real estate located at 2086 Essex Street in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien assessed
against the above-described property for the tax year 1991.
Said Deed shall be directed to Alice M. Ragas.

MUNICIPAL OUITCLAIM DEED 93-331
The CITy OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid,
releases to ALICE M. NEGUS, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State
of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain
property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as
follows,
Real estate located at 2086 Essex Street (r/e
# 48282) in said Danger, and further described in
Volume 2177, Page 97, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. _
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the year 1991 by virtue of an
undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in volume 4839, Page 3.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City
may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes
assessed for the tax year 1991.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
JOM QUABTABARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized,
