These weapons are leased on a yearly basis. Company we have lamed Ne following weapons: 10 M-14 Rifles 4 M -1e Rines B Winchester 12 gauge shotguns We have just been notified by Ne Mahe Corp that they want their weapons back within 30 days. This will leave the Special Response Team without any rifles or shotguns. However, we have located 10 M-14 they which the U.S. Army Is deleting from stack add they will donate to our department. All we have to do is pay the handling and shipping coats of $505.8. We would then awn these weapons and could sell them for approximately $6,000. With that money we could buy weapons to replace the weapons which the Marine Corp wants returned. The weapons we purchase would be better suited to our purposes Nan the current weapons. We may even have money left over to buy additional equipment Net the Special Response Team needs. The money for Ne shipping costs could be taken from our Seized Money Account ( 93-2400.52) provided that it is returned once the weapons have been sold.
