Recently, payment was received in the asount of $1,082.29 from Fleet Bank for 1991 through 1993 tax sessments. This account is now current. (Note: At the same time the taxes were paid, an error in the name of the taxpayer was corrected.) ORDERED, THAT John Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said deed being on file with the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have in the mobile home located at 666 Pinson Road, Lot 105, in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien assessed against the above-described property for the tax year 1991. Amdgniel to ^V .......... �Comcilman 93-208 MUNICIPAL OUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to JAMES PARENT, JR. and MARK RICHARD, both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, all its right, title and interest in certain property located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, Real estate located at Lot 105, 666 Pinson Road in said Bangor, and further described as: 1990 14x72 Commodore #19283. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1991 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4039, Page 32. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City nay have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1991, said James Parent, Jr. and Mark Richard being the same individuals named in the undischarged tax lien recorded in volume 4839, Page 32, Penobscot Registry of Deeds, as John M. Parent, Jr. and Mark Richard, the name John M. Parent, Jr. having been recited in error in said tax lien. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate cane by JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this _ day of April, 1993.
