.Recently, the Penobscot County Superior Court issued a Consent
Agreement and Order in an operating under the influence c In a
joint effort between the State and City Police Departments80$503.00
in U.S. Currency was seised during a related drug criminal case.
The Penobscot County District Attorney's Office wishes to transfer
the sum of $3]].25 in U.S. Currency to the Bangor Police Department
for its substantial contribution in the investigation. Pursuant to
State law, the City Council must accept such transfer. The
attached Order would accept this property.
