Chapter VI, Art. 12, Section 5(5)(b) is hereby amended through the
addition of the fallowing:
(b) Night Parking: No person shall leave a vehicle standing o
parked at night within any park after 10:00
p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Sunset and Sunrise in the Menduskeao Stream Park,
including nark easement areas a shown o plan

Areas Of the Park affected bythisprohibition shall
be vested with sinus

to Sunrise. Thetime of Sunrise and Sunset shall be
as reported in the Maine Farmers Almanac.

B. Violations of the Sec.f t
be a Parking infraction.
The Parks and Recreation Director or his
authorized representative and the Bangor Police
Department are authorized to issue narking
tickets for violations of Sec. 5t51 of this
Article.
D. waiver fees for all narking violations within
City of Bangor Parks shall be the same as waiver
fees established in Chanter III. Article 6,
Section 7 of the laws and ordinances of the City
of Bangor.
