The taxpayer has recently paid off the 1991 tax lien assessed against the property, together with the $50 administrative fee. ' Co..unci...lman MOMICIPAI, OUITCLAIM DEED 93-73 The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to DONALD S VICKI GETCHELL, both of Bangor, Penobscot County, State of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: Mobile home loocated at 1801 Union Street in said Bangor, on land of Phillips. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by Sohn G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid real estate taxes assessed for the year 1991 by virtue Of n undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in volume 4838, Page 101. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid real estate taxes assessed for the tax Year 1991. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN QUARTARARD, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this day of December, 1992.
