Recently, the 1991 tax lien was paid off (downtown assessment). Vere still remains outstanding the 1992 tax lien and the 1993 assessment. Payment of the 1991 lien was made after the redemption period expired. ORDER n, THAT John Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby authorised and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 6 Central Street in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien recorded against said property in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds for the year 1991. Said Deed shall be directed to Twentieth Century Develop- ment., C/o Rudman 6 Winchell, successor in title to Charles Fitzgerald. Councilmen 93-46 MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to TWENTIETH CENTURY DEVFLOPNRNTB, c/o Rudman 6 Winchell, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, successor in title to Charles Fitzgerald, all its right, title and interest in and to .certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 6 Central Street in said Bangor, and further described in Volume 3667, Page 70, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1991 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded In the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in volume 4537, Page 234. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the city may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1991. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorised, this day of December, 1992.
