Recently the 1990 tax lien was paid. In addition, a partial payment on the 1991 tax lien was made, along with the $50 administrative fee. In addition to the balance of the 1991 tax lien, the 1992 taxes and the 1993 assessment remain outstanding. ORDERED, THAT John Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 17 Boynton Street in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien recorded against said property in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds for the tax year 1990. Said Deed shall be directed to Lillian J. Councilmen MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEW 93-43 The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to LILLIAN J. SWENSON and GLORIA NILE, of Clifton, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 17 Boynton Street in said Bangor, and further described IN a dead recorded in volume 2175, Page 716, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1990 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in volume 4649, Page 25. The purpose of this deed is to release to said Lillian J. Swenson and Gloria Nile any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1990. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed inits corporate name by JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereuntoduly authorized, this _ day of December, 1992..
