Date December 14, 1992
Item/Subject: Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Dead
-- Real Estate Located at 17 Boynton Street
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order by virtue of an
undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds for the year 1990. Recently the 1990 tax lien was paid.
In addition, a partial payment on the 1991 tax lien was made, along
with the $50 administrative fee. In addition to the balance of the
1991 tax lien, the 1992 taxes and the 1993 assessment remain
outstanding.
