Under a workout arrangement with the Finance Department, the 1990 tax lien was paid off in full. There still are taxes outstanding for the years 1991 through 1993. THAT John Quartaraio, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Dead, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 200 Mount Hope Avenue by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien recorded against said property in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds for the tax year 1990. Said Deed shall be directed to Sheila A. Daigle, successor in title to Earl R. Daigle. DAIGLE, successor in title to Karl R. Daigle, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more. particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 200 Mount Hope Avenue in said Bangor, and further described in deeds recorded in volume 3006, Page 199 and Volume 4754, Page 125, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid - taxes assessed for the year 1990 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4647,, Page 354. The purpose of this deed Is to release any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax Year 1990.
