Subject: Municipal Review Committee Voting Ballot; Meeting
Minutes

Please find enclosed a voting ballot and description of the
individuals that have been nominated to fill three open seats on
the Board of Directors of the Municipal Review Committee (MRCI.
This body is responsible for the monitoring and oversight of FERC
and disposal tipping fees. This function is described In the
First Amended and Restated Waste Disposal Agreement.
Each Charter Municipality i.s allocated votes proportional to
its guaranteed annual tonnage, one vote per 100 tons of
guaranteed waste, one vote allocated to communities with
:ass than 100 tons (see enclosed table of votes). Each
municipality must cast all of their allocated votes for a single
candidate. The three individuals that r ccive the most votes
will be elected to the MRC Board for th ee year terms.
Also enclosed with this memo are the minutes of the July 21,
1992 meeting of the Municipal Review Committee Board of
Directors. Under separate cover, your municipality will be
