Beringer, Inc. wishes to lease 877 sq. ft. of office space In the General Aviation Terminal at 188 Maine Avenue in the Bangor International Airport Complex. A.M. Beringer, Inc. is a custom brokerage and freight forwarding flim that has leased office and warehouse apace in the General Aviation Terminal at Bangor International Airport since 1985. when the terminal was renovated In 1993, A.M. Beringer, Inc. relocated to larger offices. A.N. Beringer, Inc. has accepted the following lease rates and conditions: Premicesx a. 877.25 sq. ft. of office space, specifically rooms: 202, 303 and 104. b. Use of any common use areae, such as entrances, exits, restmoums and handicap stair lift. - C. parking in the buildings designated parking area as assigned by the Airport. jgi Three years from April 1, 1993 to March 30, 1996. Maintenav The City of Bangor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the building's major structural components: roof, structural walls, foundation, operating systema, Including heating, plumbing, and electrical systems eexc�t fixtures, exterior paint surfaces, parking areas, landscaping, and snowplowing. lessee will be responsible for all fixtures, including electrical, doors, windows, floor and floor coverings, ceilings, walls, and interior paint surfaces in the demised premises. Leasee will also be responsible for cleaning of the demised premises: and rubbish removal. Insurance; Leasee will provide comprehensive public and property damage liability insurance to limits of $300,000 per each occurrence.
