Bear Sir, Per our phone conversation of Fed. 4th, the following is submitted. In the early 19805s, a request was made to open a restaurant at 16/ Center St. One of the major objections to the opening was availability of parking. The City Manager (Mr. Flynn) asked the neighboring "due owners and dwelling owneralto work out a suitable plan. A meeting was held, and it was agreed that Ducky,s Market would have two time restricted parking spaces. Subsequently, a meeting in the City Hall was held and the plan was approved, and the parking restriction signs were immediately erected. During the repaving of Center St in 1983 the signs were temporarily remomed. I -was told they would be replaced after the ground was suitable to do so. Therefore, I feel a parking violation *Ad Act justified. D customer that observed the parking signs for all those years would not realize he was in violation. 1!
