The real estate taxes on this real estate account (#77554) for the
fiscal years 1992, 1993 and 1994 were recently paid in full. The
purpose of this Order is to authorize the execution of a release
deed for the 1992 tax lien recorded in the Registry of Deeds. The
administrative fee for preparation and recording of this deed has
also been paid.

ORDERED, J. Thomas Hicks, City Treasurer, is hereby

authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said deed being on
file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the
City may have in the real estate located at 56 Chase Road (land),
by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien recorded against
the above-described property for the tax year 1992 in Volume 5101,
Page 132, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said Deed shall be directed
to Augustus L. Magee Heirs c/o James Magee.

execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said deed being on
file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the
City may have in the real estate located at 56 Chase Road (land),
by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien recorded against
the above-described property for the tax year 1992 in Volume 5101,
Page 132, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said Deed shall be directed

The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid,
releases to AUGUSTUS L. NACEE HEIRS C/O JANES NAGEE, of Bangor,
County of Penobscot, StateofMine, all its right,title and
interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more
particularly described as follows
Real estate located at 56 Chase Road (land)
further described in deeds recorded in Volume
1223, Page 303 and volume 1705, Page 222,
Penobscot Registry of Courts. This is further
designated as account $77554.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by John quartararo, Collector of Taxes)
for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1992 by
virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in
the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 5101,
Page 132.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the
City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid
taxes assessed for the tax year 1992.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
Baled with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
J. THOMAS HICKS, City Treasurer/ thereunto duly authorized,
