PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr.Dennis Marble,representing the
Bangor Homeless Shelter,announced a fundraising effort
and urged the Council the general public to attend the Bangor
State Fair and ride the ferric wheel with Pat Lamarche.

David Case I&Barbara True, both residents of Franklin Place,
expressed their continued concern of noise and trash, indicating
that this use is incompatible with neighbors sleeping.
Eileen Hodges of Franklin Place expressed her gratitude to
the Council, staff and owners of Fuzion for meeting to discuss
the problems and potential solutions. Ms.Hodges urged the
Council to consider changing the zoning laws so noise issues
can be addressed.
Solicitor Heitmann indicated that he had been drafting a noise
Ordinance.
Councilor Stone asked that the Finance Committee follow up in 60 days
to see whether the solutions had resolved the issues.
