ORDERED, THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the City of Bangor to accept anoffer from the U.S. Department of Labor in the amount of $73,905 in full settlement of all claims of the City of Bangor arising out of the United States' acquisition of reserved parking and access rights of the City of Bangor, in connection with the Department of Labor's Penobscot Job Corps expansion project at 1375 Union Street.
