Balduc, Executive Manager nate: August 22, 1994 AO 6 Subject: Lease Agreement with Cole Training Institute Issue Cole Training Institute wishes to renew its lease of an area of the former light duty ramp at Bangor International Airport. They have been leasing the property since 1988 for use as a training area for the instruction of truck drivers. Staff proposed the following lease rate and ConAitions which have been accepted by Cole Training institute: Premise 87,600 sq. ft. of area on the forner light duty ramp located behind the Public Works Building. One year, from July 1, 1994 - June 30, 1995. Bates $420.00 per month (No change from the last lease). Maintenance: Lessee waxiness the cost of all maintenance required on the property. Taxes Any taxes assessed upon the real estate and Personal property are the responsibility of the Lessee. Insunancet Leasee will provide comprehensive public and Property damage liability insurance to limits of $300,000 per each occurrence.
