The real estate taxes on three accounts (#59094, 59101 and 59102)
for 1992, 1993, 1994 and the first half of 1995 were recently
paid. The purpose of this Order is to authorize the execution of a
release deed for the 1992 tax liens recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. The administrative fee for preparation and
recording of this deed has also been paid.

J. Thomas Hicks, City Treasurer, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal quitclaim Dead, a copy of said deed being on
file in the City Clerks office, releasing any interest the City
may.have in the real estate (land) located at 75v, 52V and 44V
Fieldstone Drive in said Bangor by virtue of undischarged municipal
tax liens against the above-described properties for the tax year
1992 and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said Deed
shall be directed to Property Investments, Inc.

MUNICIPAL OUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to
PROPERTY INVESTMENTS, INC., of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, the
property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as
follows:
Real estate located at 75V Fieldstone Drive in
said Bangor, and further described in deeds
corded in Volume 3597, Page 127; Volume 4151,
Page 279; and Volume 4154, Page 103, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. This is further designated
as account number 59094.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax
year 1992 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
volume 5101, Page 261. _

Real estate located at 52V Fieldstone Drive in
said Bangor, and further described in deeds
corded in Volume 3597, Page 127; volume 4151,
Page 279; and Volume 4154,Page 103, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. This is further designated
as account number 59101.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax
Year 1992 by virtue of anundischarged tax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Volume 5101, Page 264. -

Real estate located at 44V Fieldstone Drive in
said Bangor, and further described in deeds
recorded in Volume 3597, Page 127; Volume 4151,
Page 279; and Volume 4154, Page 103, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. This is further designated
as account number 59102.
Being thea a premises acquired by said City of
Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax
year 1992 by virtue of an undischargedtax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Volume 5101, Page 265.

The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the
City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid
taxes assessed for the tax year 1992. All public easements or
other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers,
or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
J. THOMAS HICKS, City Treasurer, thereunto duly authorized, this
