No quitclaim deed was issued at the time, due to the fact that the administrative fee had not been paid. The purpose of this Order is to authorise the execution of a release deed for the 1991 tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. The administrative fee for preparation and recording of this deed has now been paid. Thomas Hicks, City Treasurer, is hereby authorized and directed, an behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said deed being on file in the City Clerks office, releasing any interest the City may have in the 'real estate located at 200 Mount Hope Avenue in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien against the above-described property for the tax year 1991 and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds..Said Deed shall be directed to Stockade Group, successor in title to Earl R. Councilman 94-368 MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to STOCKADE GROUP, a corporation having its principal office in Bangor, Penobscot County, Mine, as successor in title to Karl R. Daigle, the property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 200 Mount Hope Avenue in said Bangor, and further described in volume 4754, Page 125; volume 5214, Page 280; and volume 5242, Page 75, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. This is further designated as account number 66771. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John guartararo, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1991 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in volume 4838, Page 27. _ The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1991. All public easements o other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by J.
