also been paid.

ORDERED,
THAT J. Thomas Nicks, City Treasurer; is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor,. to _
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said deed being on
file in the City Clerk's office, releasing any interest the City
may have in the real estate located at 88V Fieldstone Drive by
virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien against the
above-described property for the tax year 1992 and recorded in
Volume 5101, Page 263, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said Deed
shall be directed to Property Investments, Inc.

MUNICIPAL OUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to
PROPERTY INVESTMENTS, INC., of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, the
property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as
follows:
Real estate located at 88V Fieldstone Drive in
said Bangor, and further described in volume
3597, Page 127; Volume 4151, Page 279; and
volume 4154, Page 103, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds. This is further designated as account
number 59096.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for the year
1992 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
volume 5101, Page 263.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the
City may have in the above described property by virtue -of unpaid
taxes assessed for the tax year 1992. All public easements or
other public interests in the described premises forroads, sewers,
or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
salad with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
J. THOMAS HICKS, City Treasurer, thereunto duly authorized, this
