Real Estate Located at 81V Fieldstone Drive .....L�......��.�........................... t to o // Cowcilman 94-330 MUNICIPAJ, QUITCLAIME The CITY OF EANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to PROPERTY INVESTMENTS, INC., of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, the property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at B1V Fieldstone Drive in said Bangor, and further described in Volume 3597, Page 127; volume 4151, Page 279; and volume 4154, Page 103, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. This is further designated as account number 59095. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1992 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien corded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in volume 5101, Page 262. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1992. All public easements o other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by J.
