The real estate taxes on this account (121402) for the fiscal year
1992 were paid within the last couple of months. The purpose of
this Order is to authorize the execution of a release deed for the
1992 tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. A Deed
was not issued at the time the taxes were paid because the $90
administrative fee had not been paid. That fee, together with the
outstanding 1993 and 1994 real estate taxes, were paid in June
under a workout agreement with the Finance Dept. The account is
now current.

ORDERED,
THAT T. Thomas Hicks, city Treasurer, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of said deed being on
file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the
City may have in the real estate located at 243 Forest Avenue by
virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien against the above-
described property for the tax year 3992 and recorded in volume
5100, Page 310, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said Used shall be
directed to the Dorothy M. Farnsworth Heirs.

MUNICIPAL OUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, abody corporate, located in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to the
DOROTHY M. FARNSWORTH HEIRS, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine,
the property located in said Bangor and more particularly described
as follows:
Real estate located at 243 Forest Avenue in said
Bangor, and further described in Volume 2324,
Page 261, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. This is
further designated as account number 21402.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for the Year
1992 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Volume 5100, Page 310.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the
City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid
taxes assessed for the tax year 1992. All public easements or
other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers,
or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
J. THOMAS HICKS, City Treasurer, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of July, 1994.
