Paragraph 1, contains a requirement that School administrative units include in their school budget document the fallowing: "C. The following statement including the estimated dollar amount of State retirement payments: 'This budget does not include the estimated amount of 5............ in employer share of teacher retirement costa that is paid directly by the State."' The estimated amount of the employer share of teacher retirement costa paid directly by the State Should be calculated by multiplying 16.61 percent times the local General Fund FY 195 salaries of School administrative unit members of the State Retirement System.
