Subject: License Agreement with the Maine Department of Defense
and Veterans' Services, Military Bureau
Issue
Maine Department of Defense and Veterans' Services, Military
Bureau wishes to license Building #269, 66 Florida Ave. in the
Bangor International Airport Complex for an organizational
maintenance support facility for training activities of the Maine
National Guard. The Maine Department Of Defense and Veterans'
Services, Military Bureau base accepted the following license
terms and conditions:
Premises: Building #269g 66 Florida Ave. antl 1.9 acres
surrounding the building.
mean: -October 1, 1993 - October, 1, 1998.
License Fee: $1.00 and mutually beneficial promises and
agreements.
Use: Organizational maintenance support facility for support and
maintenance training activities of the Nein National Guard, such
as maintenance, parking, and storage of wheeled or tracked
vehicles or other military equipment, includIng.b4t Got limited to
generators, artillery, tanks, trucks, etc.
Maintenance: Licensee will provide all necessary maintenance and
repairs, including capital maintenance.
Utilities: Licensee will pay the coat of all utilities.
Insurance: Licensee will provide fire insurance in an amount act
leas than 806 of the full insurable value of the building.

Indemnification: Licensee will indemnify the City against all
claims resulting from the Licensee's use of the building.
