ORDERED.
THAT John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authori2ed and directed, on behalf of the City of Burger, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file
to the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the
City may have to real estate located on Broadway in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 3822, Page 174. Sall
Deed shall be directed to Bangor Baptist Church.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to BANGOR
BAPTIST CHURCH, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, all its
right, title and interest in and to a certain lot or parcel of land more
particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 1476 Broadway in said Bangor,
and further described in deeds recorded in Volume
2119, Page 428; Volume 2123, Page 382; and Volume 3110,
Page 167, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the year 1986 by virtue of an
undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry,
of Deeds in Volume 3822, Page 174..
Grantee's address: 1476 Broadway, Bangor, Maine, 04401.
The purpose of this dead is to release any interest the City may
have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed
for the tax year 1986.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed
with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN. G.
FIELD, Deputy Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this _ day
of December, 1989.
