Commentary:
The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above -noted
subdivision at its regular meeting of December 4, 1989.
Richard Day, representing the applicant, explained that this
was a three -lot Subdivision with no public utilities proposed.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Board voted five in favor and one opposed to
approve the Heas Property Subdivision Final Plan.

a. Applicant requests final plan approval for a three lot subdi-
vision located at 136 Pinson Road in an Agricultural and
Resource Protection zone.
b. This subdivision was before the Board at their meeting of
November 6, 1989. At that time the Board had granted appli-
cant preliminary plan approval subject to the feasibility of
on-site waste disposal. Applicant has submitted documenta-
tion from a *site evaluatorm indicating that the proposed
lot Can meet the State Plumbing Codes for on-site waste
disposal.
c. The proposed subdivision is located along existing street
frontage and does not include any public improvements. Staff
would note with the addition of the required notes on the
final plat plan concerning portions of the lots subject to
flooding the plan is in order for final plan approval.
