The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above noted
developmental subdivision at its regular meeting of November 20, 198
Sohn Rohman, representing the applicant, spoke in favor of
the proposed subdivision plan.
The Planning Board voted 5 in favor and none opposed to approve
the proposeddevelopmental subdivision.

developmental subdivision located off Ohio Street on a pri-
vate street in a Residential 4 Zone.
b. The proposed subdivision is a developmental subdivision (no
actual lotting) of a 25 unit housing complen. The develop-
ent conaists of four buildings three h unit buildings and
one l 7 unit building.
Thissubdivision received preliminary plan approval with the
c condition thatdrainage calculations be submitted to the
City Engineer's office. At the time of this memorandum
information Ras been received by the EngineeringrOffice.o
d. Staff would recommend this item be continued unless the
required information is submitted and satisfactory to the
City Engineer.
