Commentary:
MEPSCO, Inc, rented 2,500 s.f. of Building #269 on "incubator"
basis. The Company i making improvements to thebuilding and
expanding its employment. They wish to lease the whole building,
7200 s.f., and assume
responsibility for all utilities. This new
agreement will be for 5 years after which they have first option
to extend the lease should the City wish to continue leasing
Building #269. This item will c e before Community and Economic
Development Committee on November 21, 1989.

MEPSCO, Inc. for Building #269 at Bangor International Airport.
This is a five year lease with a first option to renew. A copy
of said lease is on file with the City Clerk.
