Artltle 1, Sections 15. 19, and 20 be amended by changing three subsections 1 15.3.1. 19.4. and 20.4 ) to identify corrugated cardboard as acepted item from the acceptable PERC wastccallection and also add this corrugated cardboard to the recycling materials collected This subject has been to the Municipal Operations Committee, for review, and has been discussed in a Council Workshop on November 15, 1995.
