We do, however, plan to continue our facility improvement program which has to date resulted in a more attractive, clean and functional venue for all users. we will be having a Directors' meeting the week of October I6-20, at which time we will decide the racing schedule for next year. Consequently, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to meet with you and the Bass Park Committee to discuss the 1996 lease soon after October 20. Primary issues to be addressed would include utilization, improvements and rent. sincerely, Pri Nichols, Raceway Manager P.O. BOX 614 a BANGOR, ME 04402-0614
