Responsible Deparrmem: Engineering Commentary: This Coancil Order is the first gap in the process M discontinue the portion of Patten Street lying between Main Street and Helfer Street. This is the portion ofPanen Street which is encompassed by the Shavers Supermarket Project proposed by the Boldos Company. If this Order is passed, the City Engineer will send oat required notices, hold a Public Hearing, and make a written report aM recommendation to the Council for Mrther action.
