Date July 29, 1995 Item No. 95-333
Item/Subjectz Amending Sign Ordinance - Chapter PI, Article 3, Sections
5.5.9 and 5.5.5.
Responsible Department: Planning Division
This proposed amendment was drawn up to provide for administration and
enforcement of the recent sandwich board sign amendments to this Ordinance as
suggested by Councilor Cohen and others. In addition, the amendment would
establish an annual sandwich board permit renewal fee. This was suggested by
Councilor Frankel during the discussion about the recent expansion of
sandwich board sign provisions.
